The Department of National Defence, located at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, Oromocto, NB has a requirement to theatre seats as per specifications and components described in the document named "Request for Proposal".

The scope of the work includes for the removal and disposal of the current theatre seats, the supply and delivery of 740 new theatre seats and th
eir installation in the base theatre for 5 Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, Base Theatre, Building F 12, Oromocto, NB, as per the Mandatory Requirements listed in Annex C.

Delivery Date: 

Removal and disposal of 740 theatre seats to be completed no later 31 March 2016.

All 740 theatre chairs, related products and materials with this contract must be delivered to the 5 Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, Base Theatre, no later than 31 March 2016.

Installation of all 740 theatre seats to be completed no later than 31 May 2016.

A site visit is not mandatory but if requested, a one-time site visit to the Gagetown Base Theatre will be December 10, 2015 @13:30hrs.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation document requires attention.
