Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Supply and Delivery of Instant Sea Salt to the Department of Fisheries & Oceans, Charlottetown, PEI on an "as required" basis during the period from April 1, 2016 to 31 March 2018.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
