Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer to Repair/Replace Locking Devices for the Department of National Defence located at 9 Wing Gander, NL.

The term for the Regional Individual Standing Offer is for two (2) years, on an ‘as and when required basis’. There will be an option to extend the Standing Offer by one (1) year. A standing offer is an agreement, not a contract. 

Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2020-05-28)for Integrity Provisions Applicable to this requirement.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
