    Front Entrance Security Upgrades - Northwest Atlantic Fisheries
    Centre (NAFC), St. John's, NL
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
    for Front Entrance Security Upgrades at the Northwest Atlantic
    Fisheries Centre (NAFC) in St. John's, NL.  Work under this
    contract will involve the renovation of the commissioniare's
    station and front entrance of Module H11 at the NAFC.  
    
    Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, (GI01 of
    General Instructions to Bidders, R2710T), Bidders must submit
    the following as part of their bid: 
    1. A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder; 
    2. A properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
    individual named in the aforementioned list.
    
    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    Please refer to Specification Section 01 35 29 - Health and
    Safety Requirements.
    
    IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
    special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
    site.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure.    
    
    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
    addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
    addressed in the submitted bid.

    incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and

    Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX service

    The estimated value for this opportunity is within the range of:
     $100,001.00 to $250,000.00.
