Breakwater Repairs - Flatrock, NL, 

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the salvaging, reinstallation and disposal of various sizes
of material (material will vary from core stone to 25 ton armour
stone in size) from the harbour bottom back into the existing
rubble mound breakwater as shown on the drawings.  Work to take
plack in Flatrock, NL.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28, Item 1.9 Project/Site
Conditions of specification before performing any site
inspection or preliminary work on site.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to the
standard Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
construction tenders.
