Wharf Construction & Office Extension, Belleoram, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for
Wharf Construction and Office Extension at Belleoram, NL.  This
work shall consist of but not be limited to the the construction
of a new treated timber pile marginal wharf with reinforced
concrete deck and all associated componets, extension of the
existing harbour authority building, the demolition and removal
of existing building and foundation and the relocation of the
existing waste oil tank.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  It is recommended that bidders visit the site and its
surroundings and verify the form, nature and extent of the work,
the means to access the site, severity, exposure and
uncertainity of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain
all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other
circumstances prior to submitting bid.
2.  Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28 - Health and Safety
Requirements, Project Site Conditions, of specifications before
performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.

Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (GI) -
R2710T (2015-07-03) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of
Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
