Dock Side Dredging SSB, St. John’s, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Dock Side Dredging (South Side Base) at St. John’s Harbour (Berth 28 - 31), St. John’s, NL.  This work will consist of dredging approximately 5,250 m3 of contaminated Class “B” material and disposal of the same at an approved NLDEC certified soil treatment facility site.  There is optional dredging and disposal in the amount of 1,100 m3 of contaminated Class “B” material which may or may not form part of this contract.

Before submitting a bid, it is recommended the bidders visit the siteand verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed and the means of access to the site.  Contractors, bidders or those they invite to site should refer to Section 01 10 10, Item 1.5 Familiarization with Site of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2016-04-04) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
