Building Cleaning Maintenance, Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, 80 East White Hills Road, 
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement to furnish all labour, material, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for complete and satisfactory cleaning and maintenance services for the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, St. John’s, NL.  

The term for this Contract is for two (2) years from the date of award, with an additional one (1) year option period.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2019-03-04) for Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
