Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for renovations of interior finishes. The project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour and materials to replace existing flooring, repaint walls and install new roller windows shades at the Government of Canada Building located in Gros Morne National Park, Rocky Harbour, NL.  Work includes the demolition, removal and disposal of any items required to perform new work and all required preparation work to prepare surfaces for new flooring/painting.

Optional Site Visit: Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that the bidders visit the site to review and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed and the means of access to the site.  Refer to Specification, General Instructions, 1.2 Familiarization with Site for further details.  To arrange a site visit contact the Contracting Authority as per the information on the first page of the Invitation to Tender.
