Replace Field Electrical Centre Interruptible Power Unit (IPU),
Wabush Airport, Wabush, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material
for the replacement of the Combined Services Building generator
system. This work is generally comprised of replacement of
existing generator system, control panel, automatic transfer
switch, distribution feeders and other associated and
miscellaneous works at Wabush Airport, Wabush, NL.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (GI) -
R2710T (2012-11-19) for the Code of Conduct and Certification
provisions applicable to this requirement.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

With the introduction of the new Government Electronic Tendering
Service (GETS III), there are significant changes to the
standard Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
construction tenders.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms and
special instructions which are now available directly from the
MERX site.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.    

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
