Roofing Replacement, White Hills, Government of Canada Building,
St. John's, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for remove existing roofing materials and replace with a new
roofing system at Government of Canada building, 100 East White
Hills Road, St. John's, NL.


SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

There will be an optional site visit at the Government of Canada
Building at 100 East White Hills Road, St. John's on Wednesday,
June 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders are to meet at
the building's main entrance at that time.  Government issued
photo ID will be required.  Security and safety stipulations for
the site visit will be given at that time and must be strictly
followed.  This may be the bidders only opportunity to visit the
site before tender closing.


This requirement includes a security provision.

Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (GI) - R2710T
(2014-03-01) for the Code of Conduct and Certification
provisions applicable to this requirement.
