Design, Fabrication and Installation of a 91.4 m VHF Tower, Fox Harbour, Labrador

Public Works and Government Services Canada has arequirement on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard for work that consists of Design, Fabrication and Installation of a new VHF Tower Replacement, Fox Harbour, Labrador.

The work to be done under this Specification shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the design, fabrication and installation of a 91.4m VHF Tower and the dismantling and disposal of the existing tower at Fox Harbour, Labrador.


TWO-ENVELOPE BID
This Bid shall be submitted following a “two-envelope” procedure. Refer to SI05 of theSpecial Instructions to Bidders.

There will be no public opening at bid deposit time. 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
PWGSC will schedule a site visit at the Canadian Coast Guard Site in Fox Harbour, Labrador, during the course of the tender period.  Contractors wishing to visit the site shall contact the RPC Contracting Authority to obtain date and time.

Contractor’s, bidders or those that visit the site are to review Specification Section 01 35 30 - Health and Safety Requirements before visiting thesite.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions R2710T (2016-04-04) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
