Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans
(DFO) for Breakwater Repairs - Foxtrap, NL. The work will
consist of but not limited to the following: the repairs to the
existing rubble mound breakwater in Foxtrap, NL.  Contractor
will also supply and install 4000 m3 of armour stone from 4-6
tonne and 200 m3 of filter stone 400-800 kg as shown on the
drawing.  Also the salvage, stockpile and re-install varying
sizes of material as shown on the drawings.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29, Item 1.11 Project/Site
Conditions of specification before performing any site
inspection or preliminary work on site.

Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - R2710T (2014-06-26) for
the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification)
applicable to this requirement.
