Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for Kelp Dredging at St. Bride's, NL. Work will consist of,but not necessarily be limited to the following:  the dredging of approximately 8000 m3 of kelp from the area.  All material to be dredged, stockpiled, drained, then surveyed and cross-sectioned.  Material will be stockpiled on site only.  No disposal required.  

Due to the location of this project, there are certain potential environmental impacts and recommended mitigation measures, and certain regulatory approvals in place for this project.

Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29, Item 1.11 Project/Site Conditions of the Specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.

Bidders must refer to R2710T GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS -Construction Services - Bid Security Requirements (2016-04-04) for the Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
