    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the services of a diving firm to perform diving inspections and minor repairs on marine structures and facilities at various locations in Newfoundland and Labrador (Eastern, Central and Western NL).
    
    The three areas for Diving Inspections are as follows:
    
    1.  Eastern Region: East of Clarenville and Long Harbour (Fortune Bay), including the Avalon and Burin Peninsula. 
    
    2.  Central Region: East of, and including Jackson's Arm and Mccallum, West of, but not including Clarenville and Long Harbour (Fortune Bay).
    
    3.   Western Region: West of Jackson’s Arm and McAllum on the Island, then from Blanc-Sablon to Happy Valley-Goose Bay in Labrador. 
    
    It is intended to award of up to a maximum of Three (3) Standing Offers:
    
    One (1) SO for Eastern Region; 
    One (1) SO for Central Region; 
    One (1) SO for Western Region
    
    Offerors can choose to submit bids for only one (1) region or for multiple regions. 
    
    The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for two (2) years, on an 'as and when requested basis'. Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor.  Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $ 40,000.00 (HSTI).  A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO.
    
    
    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
    
    Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29, Item 1.10 Project/Site Conditions of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
