The work covered under this Standing Offer includes the supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform electrical maintenance, minor repairs, emergency repairs and other related work. The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for two (2) years, on an "as and when requested basis". Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $ 25,000.00 (HSTI). A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO. FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE: All bidders, before submitting their bid, are recommended to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves as to the form and nature of the work and materials necessary for the completion of the works. Arrangements can be made for a site visit upon request. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS: The Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) is available at Buyandsell.gc.ca.
