THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT. 

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for plumbing repairs and minor alterations at DND Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.  The work under this Standing Offer consists of, but is not limited to maintenance and repairs to plumbing related systems including fixtures, drains, hot and cold water piping,  as well as water distribution systems including water valves, hydrants and all associated components. 

The term of the Standing Offer is for two (2) years on an as and when requested basis, with an option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by a one (1) year period under the same conditions.  A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO.

FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE

Prior to submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site to review existing conditions and determine materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the Work.  
Obtain prior permission from the Departmental Representative before carrying out site inspection. 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS 

All offerors must provide a duly completed Application for Registration Form (AFR) with their offer.
