The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. Bids must be submitted using the CPC connect service. The solicitation number must be identified in the CPC Connect message field of all electronic transfers. Further instruction is provided in the Invitation to Qualify document. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, for Fume Exhaust at the Buoy Maintenance Facility at the CCG Southside Base in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. In general the work covered under this project consists of but is not necessarily limited to the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for a new exhaust hood system to serve the charging of an electric forklift, including hood, fan, ductwork, hydrogen gas sensor and associated electrical services to serve the sensor and fan. Abatement, proper disposal of hazardous materials, and lead paint remediation are also a part of this project and shall be completed as required to facilitate to the work to be completed. FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE An optional site visit will be scheduled during the second phase (phase two) of this solicitation.
