Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for  Electrical
Relamping at DND Gander, NL. The work of this Standing Offer
comprises the furnishing of all labour, tools and equipment to
perform all lighting replacement inside and outside various
building at 9 Wing Gander, NL.

The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and
when required basis". A standing offer is an agreement and  not
a contract.
