Request for Standing Offer for Maintenance of HVAC, Refrigeration and Appliances for the Department of National Defence, 9 Wing Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Equipment for DND, 9 Wing Gander, NL.  The work of this Standing Offer comprise the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment for the maintenance and minor alterations for the servicing, inspection, repairs and maintenance of domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration, ranges, air conditioning equipment, heat pumps, electric, electronic, pneumatic control systems and air compressors which include any components dealing with heating and cooling of air at 9 Wing, CFB Gander, NL.

The term for this Standing Offer is for two (2) years on an ‘as and when requested basis’.  A standing offer is an agreement,not a contract.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Contractor must provide proof of Technical Certification before commencing any work.

Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2015-07-03) for Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
