Request for Standing Offer for Road and Parking Lot Repairs for the Department of National Defence, 9 Wing Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Department of National Defence comprising the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required for repairs and improvements to Base roads and parking lots at 9 Wing Gander, Gander, NL.

The term for this Standing Offer is for two (2) years on an ‘as and when requested basis’.  A standing offer is an agreement, not a contract.
