Request for Standing Offer (RFSO): Boilers & Furnace - Maintenance & Repairs, DND, Gander, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for maintenance and repair to boilers and furnaces at Department of National Defence (DND), Gander, NL.  The work of this SOA will comprise of the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to carry out servicing, maintenance repairs and minor alterations for all oil furnaces and boilers at DND buildings in Gander, NL.

The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) will be 2 years from date of issuance, on an ‘as and when requested’ basis, with an option to extend by 1 year.

Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor.  

Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $40,000 (HSTI).  A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO.

Bidders must refer to Safety Requirements of specification before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
