Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a contract, which consists of the replacement of the Floating Wharf Anchor System at the Stuart Town Wharf, Deer Island. The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the supply and installation of "New Steel Pipe Pile Anchor System", Stuart Town Wharf, Deer Island, New Brunswick,

In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

The work will consist of but will not necessarily be limited to the following: 
.1 Mobilization and Demobilization. 
.2 Disconnection of exiting electrical on existing H Piles and reinstallation on the new steel guide pile. 
.3 Disconnection of existing floats from H Pile anchor system, floating them to a secure area. Removal of existing yokes, supply and installation of new yokes as indicated on the drawings. 
.4 Supply and Installation of new concrete filled rock socked Steel Pipe Piles at the locations and elevations shown on the drawings. 
.5 Installation of a new Steel Wale, as indicated on the drawings. 
.6 Reconnection of the floats on the New Steel Pipe Piles. 
.7 Reconnection of the electrical on the new Steel Wale. 
.8 Installation of the existing gangway, stored on the existing floats, to the concrete wharf deck. 
.9 Cleaning.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by March 27, 2020.

Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.


All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PSPC Project Number R.104006.001 forming part of the bid document.  The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $500,001.00 to $1,000,000.00.
