Standing Offer- Landscaping, Mactaquac Biodiversity Centre 

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all Labour, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out spring cleaning of lawns and grounds, including snow plow gravel piles, vegetation removal, lawn trash pickup, road sweeping and removal, and summer maintenance which consists of mowing, weeding and cultivation of flower beds, mulch areas, planters and shrubs, pest and disease control, clean up of walkways and crusher dust. 

The period of the Standing Offer will be for a one year period from date of issuance followed by an option to extend for two additional one year periods. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on July 31, 2018 at 10:00 am at Mactaquac Biodiversity Centre

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
