Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic and limited staff available at the Moncton NB bid receiving unit, please note the reduced hours for bid receiving;

In general, work under this contract consist of:
.1  Selective demolition and removals of exterior hard and soft landscape areas around the Pension Centre Building, including tree protection and removals
.2  New concrete and unit paver surfaces.
.3  New tree, shrub and groundcover planting (perennials, grasses, and
seeded meadow areas)
.4  Custom site furnishings and signage.
.5  Landscape lighting and associated electrical infrastructure
.6 Landscaped parking lot islands and pedestrian walkway
.7 Cast-in-place concrete vehicular wall with integrated seating.
.8  Site of Work is at: Government of Canada Pension Centre, 10 Weldon St.Shediac, NB, E4P 2X7

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $1,000,000 to 5,000,000 (HST extra).
