    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for floating plant dredging at various public wharves and entrance channels (including gullies) in all localities in New Brunswick beginning with postal codes beginning with the following three characters:
    
    E2A, E4M, E4N, E4R, E4S, E4W, E4X, E8E, E8N, E8S, E8T, E9A, or E9G
    
    All work is to be completed in accordance with Specification Number R.001681.001 forming part of the bid document.
    
    The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis, during the period of March 1,2019 to February 28,2021.
    
    A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.  More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.
