BASE BUILDING CONTROLS - PHASE 2

EQ754-181117/B was raised to cancel solicitation EQ754-181117/A in it’s entirety.

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Canada Coast Guard (CCG), requires building controls system upgrade for CCG Station at 370 Dalhousie St., Amherstburg, Ontario N9V 1X4.

SCOPE OF WORK
Work of this Contract comprises of the installation of the new Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) and the integration of existing systems into the new EMCS.

COMPLETION TIME
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at CCG Station, 370 Dalhousie St., Amherstburg, Ontario. 

Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. 

Please contact the Contracting Officer prior to the site meeting to confirm attendance. Notice must be provided to Hodan Ahmed in advance of Optional Site Visit.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation
