    Extension of Time. Notice is hereby given that the closing date for the reception of tenders previously due 9 February 2016is extended to 14:00 hours, 16 February 2016.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, Joyceville Institution, has a requirement for a new waterline complete with new tie-in points and isolation valves.  The existing waterline is tobe removed or abandoned as indicated on the contract drawings and further identified in the Specification PWGSC Project No. R.072799.001.
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    There will bea MANDATORY site visit on the 28th January at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders are to meet at Correctional Services Canada, Joyceville Institution - Main Entrance, Highway 15, Kingston, Ontario.  
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authorityprior to the site meeting and provide name(s) of individuals attending, to ensure gate passes are issued.  Identification MUST be brought to the site meeting otherwise there will be no access.
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work withinten [10]weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version.  Tenderers should note that the Drawings andSpecifications Package are under Attachments, filesorganized in an industry recognized directory structure.
