Project Title: Campbellford, ON - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades at Warkworth Institution

Public Works and Government Services Canada - Real Property Branch have a requirement on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, for HVAC Upgrades at Warkworth Institution at Building WW18, 26 and 27.  Work shall be in accordance with Specification and Drawings - Project No. R.072852.001.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
There will be a MANDATORY site visit on the10th February 2016 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders are to meet at Correctional Services Canada, Warkworth Institution - Visitor Building WW27, 15847 County Road 29, Campbellford, Ontario.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority priorto the site meeting and provide name(s) of individuals attending, to ensure gate passes are issued.  Identification MUST be brought to the site meeting otherwise there will be no access.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 26 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
