    BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE
    
    A bidders' conference will be held at 111 Water Street East, Cornwall, Ontario on December 10, 2015. The conference will begin at 10 am (10:00 ES
    T), in 2nd Floor, Room 2B. The scope of the requirement outlined in the 
     bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bi
    d attend or send a representative.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in wr
    iting, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending no later than December 9, 2015.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from 
    the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from  submitting a bid.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit on December 10, 2015 at 11:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Cornwall Service Canada Building located at 111 Water Street East, Cornwall, Ontario, before proceeding to the Cornwall Island project site.
    
    Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting Officer, Ambreen Dhil

    Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received by
    the time the evaluation ofbids is completed, Canada will inform
    the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the
    information. Failure to provide such a list within the required
    time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must
    always submit the list of directors before contract award.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay.
    Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will
    result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
