    Work of this contract comprises soil remediation at four discrete locations within the Cadet Camp area at 8 Wing Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton on the north shore of the Bay of Quinte in Ontario. Contaminated soils will need to be excavated and disposed of in an appropriate off-site waste facility. Excavated areas must be backfilled with specified materials meeting the relevant environmental quality criteria and be re-graded. 
    
    Optional Site Visit:
    
    1. There will be a site visit on Thursday October 12, 2017 at 10:00AM Interested bidders are to meet at 8 Wing located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton.
    
    2. Bidders are required to register with the Contracting Officer Ambreen Dhillon via ambreen.dhillon@pwgsc.gc.ca by Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 10:00am.
     
    3. Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests, pants, and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

    Construction Time: 
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within [TEN] [10] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
