Joyceville Interior tower retrofit

Scope of Work
Tenant Fit-up to Programs Tower, ground floor through to fifth
floor, architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades to suit
tenant requirements at Joyceville Institution.   The work is to
be performed in accordance with Specifications and Drawings
entitled Project No. R.052025.001.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

IMPORTANT CHANGES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT, refer to the Special
Instructions to Bidders SI01 paragraphs 3 also Appendice 1 for
requirements related to the Code of Conduct for Procurement.

MANDATORY  SITE VISIT:
A MANDATORY site visit will be held on October 02, 2012 at
1000hrs.  Interested bidders are to meet at the site, front
entrance of Joyceville Institution.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted. 
Bidders must register with the Contracting Officer, Bob Hassell
at 416-590-8270 or email bob.hassell@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, to
confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who
will attend, 24 hours prior to the site visit.

The duration of work is scheduled to be completed sixteen (16)
weeks from date of award.

Closing date: October 23 , 2012, 14:00 HOURS.  

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: 
Between $500,000.00 and  $1,000,000.00 (HST extra).

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

incorporated by reference into,  and form part of the Tender and
Contract Documents.  The Standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
