Triplex building is located at 811-813 First Street East/348
    Prince Arthur Street, Cornwall, On.

    Scope of Work
The project involves the demolition/removal/disposal of a
two-storey wood-frame residential triplex dwelling built in

structurally sound, the designated substances and hazardous
materials present within will need to be handled by treating the
entire building structure as contaminated (asbestos in vinyl
floor tile, linoleum, drywall joint compound, brick mortar from
decorative wall; lead paint, oil within basement oil tank,
liquid wastes in basement pails, mercury contained in
thermostats). Services such as water/sewer, electrical, gas,
and telephone must be disconnected and removed from the
equipment and structures accordingly prior to demolition. Once
the existing building and associated foundations are removed
from the property, the remaining parcel must be restored to an
empty area free of voids and pockets and any debris. The work
must include the disposal of all demolition/waste materials and
the importing of clean fill material to fill holes as well as
the necessary traffic control/signage, supervision and reporting
of the demolition, removal and surface restoration
