That includes demolition, replacing and new installation of doors, windows, walls, ceiling, floor slabs, exterior cladding and walkway slabs. In addition, minor Mechanical and Electrical work in the areas. Approximate areas of foyers are 5.0 Sq. Meter and 7.0 Sq. Meter. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: An Optional site visit will be held on 08 December 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested contractors, please contact the Contracting Officer, Bob Hassell at (416) 590-8270 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend prior to the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet at the site,Grand Valley Institution for Women, 1575 Homer Watson Blvd, Main entrance, Kitchener, Ontario N2P 2C5. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. NOTE: NO CELLPHONES, MONEY, CIGARETTES, OR CAMERAS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE SITE. PHOTO ID (DRIVER'S LICENSE ) IS MANDATORY. Closing date: 06 janvier 2015, 14:00 HOURS. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. The duration of work is schedule to be completed within 30 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must always submit the list of directors before contract award. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT" DOCUMENT) Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
