    WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ATTACHED:
    1.  Work of this Contract comprises of the following:
      - Removal of 285 m of steel guide rail.
      - Restoration of concrete curbs at 10 locations.
      - Removal of 18 of steel pedestrian barricade.
      - Design, fabricate, and install 20 m of new pedestrian barricade.
      - Supply and install 490 m of steel guide rail.
      - Supply and install 3 Steel Beam Energy Attenuating Terminals.
      - Design, supply, and install 22 m of chain link fence.
      - Supply andinstall 8 timber pile jackets.
      - Supply and install 100 polyethylene pile caps.
      - Fabricate, supply and install 52 pile bands.
      - Supply and install 36 m of heavy timber fenders.
    
    2. Work of this Contract also traffic management, supply of contractor facilities including sanitation facilities, construction signage, and ot
    
    her tasks related to the management and administration of the work.
    
    The duration of work is scheduled for 8 weeks.

    There is no site visit for this project.
    
    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
    
    IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION OF - BID" 
    R2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (REFER TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS 
    TO BIDDERS SI02)
    
    Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptlythereafter, a 
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors 
    of the Bidder.  If such a list has not been received by the time the 
    evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a 
    time frame within whichto provide the information.  Failure to provide 
    
    such a list within the required time frame will render the bid 
    non-responsive.  Bidders must always submit the list of directors 
    before contract award. 
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly 
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record 
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named 
    in the aforementioned list within a specified delay.  Failure to 
    provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid 
    being declared non-responsive.
    
    A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S 
    BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT" DOCUMENT)
