The work involves repair of existing SSP wall, driving a new SSP wall at the north end of the West Pier, installation of SSP toe pins, and extension of armor stone protection and replacement of the concrete deck. Optional Site Visit An Optional site visit will be held on June 22, 2017 at 11:00AM Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested contractors who wish to attend are required to give notice in writing with names of attendants. Please contact the Contracting Officer,Bob Hassell at (416)-590-8270 and email bob.hassell@pwgsc.gc.ca to confirm attendance. Bidders are to meet at the Base of Mariners Road (1540 Mariners Rd) Erieau, On. Notice must be provided to Bob Hassell in advance of Optional Site Visit. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. The duration of work is twenty-five (25) weeks.Due to operational requirements at the harbour, on-site work cannot commence until September 5, 2017 at Rondeau Harbour. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION OF - BID" R2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS(REFER TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TOBIDDERS SI02) Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directorsof the Bidder. If such a list has not been receivedby the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to providethe information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must always submit the list of directors before contract award. Canada may, at any time,request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named inthe aforementionedlist within a specified delay. Failureto provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
