    Project Scope of Work:  The work under this contract involves renovating the existing washroom and shower at the Burlington Canal Lift Bridge to make it barrier-free and update finishes.
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 12 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 
    
    THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT

    PROJECT VALUE:
    
    The estimated cost for this project is between $100,001 to $500,000 HST extra.  
     
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT  
    
    There will be a site visit on Wednesday, July 24th, 2019 at 10:00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Parking Area, adjacent to the Burlington Lift Bridge on Beach Blvd in Hamilton ON.
    
    Bidders should register 24 hours prior to the site visit, with the Contracting Officer, 
    Zobia Essa at Zobia.Essa@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca to confirm their attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.  
    
    Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
    
    The representative of the Bidder should sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.  
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
