Project Scope of Work:  The Work includes demolition, excavation, and offsite disposal of the Active Firefighting Training Area (AFTA) facility, including disposal of demolition materials, and disposal of sediments and surface water contaminated with Per and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS ) located within the AFTA, all to an appropriately licensed disposal facility, and backfilling the excavation to grade.  


The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 10 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 

PROJECT VALUE:

The estimated cost for this project is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (HST extra).    

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT  

There will be an optional site visit that will be held virtually through a video conference call on Tuesday, June 23rd 2020 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders should register with the Contracting Officer, Zobia Essa at Zobia.Essa@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, by Monday, June 22nd 5:00 PM to confirm attendance and be provided with a link to the conference call.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
