Hydrovac Excavation Services, Base Engineering, CFB Suffield,
Ralston, AB

For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
expertise to provide Hydrovac Excavation Services on an "as and
when requested basis" for Department of National Defence, at
Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta during the
period 01 December 2012 to 30 November 2015 in accordance with
Job Specification L-S381-9901/762 dated 20 December 2011
eighteen (18) pages attached.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Price Schedule - A rate must be entered for each item..

2.   Signature and Submission - Page 1 of the Request for
Standing Offer (RFSO), and any requisite certificates,  must be
signed, and submitted with the PART 2 - OFFER portion including
all appendices. Offers must be submitted to the office
designated for the receipt of offers, and must be received on or
before the date and time set for solicitation closing shown on
page 1 of the RFSO.

3. Health & Safety Requirements - Prior to Standing Offer award,
the Offeror must meet the Health & Safety requirements.

4. Industrial Security Requirements - Prior to Standing Offer
award, the Offeror must meet the Security          
requirements. 

Failure to comply with the Mandatory Requirements will result in
rejection of your offer.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
