Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to manage the remediation by
removal and off-site disposal of 700 cubic meters of chromium
and lead impacted soil from Area J of the RCMP Regina Training
Academy in Regina, SK (the Site). All Work to be completed in
accordance to these specifications and in compliance with all
relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards, Criteria, Acts and
Regulations.

The Site will be remediated by conducting excavation and
disposal of all impacted soils.  Impacted soil will be removed
from the Site and disposed of at an off-Site disposal facility
that is licensed to receive the soil. The excavation will be
backfilled with clean material and compacted as per the
specification.  The intent of the work is to allow for
commercial redevelopment of the Site.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).  Tenderers
should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and
Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files
organized in an industry recognized directory structure.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
