On behalf of Parks Canada (PC), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking tenders for construction services for mechanical and electrical upgrades for the Radium Hot Springs Aquacourt Building at Kootenay National Park in Radium, BC as detailed in the specifications, drawings andInvitation to Tender documents.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) whichconsists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.

NOTICE - Optional Site Visit

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
Arrangements have been made for a tour of the worksite.

There will be a site visit on August 4, 2016 at 1:00 PM MDT. Interested Bidders are to meet at Radium Hot Springs (5296-5398 Highway 93, PO Box 40), Radium, BC  V0A 1M0. 

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
