    On behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking tenders for construction services involving removal of materials from the site to meet environmental procedures, obtain licensed hauler and receiver for the transport and recycling of hazardous materials at the Research and Development Centre in Lethbridge, AB as detailed in the specifications, drawings and Invitation to Tender documents.
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated between $1,000,001  >  $5,000,000
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
    
    NOTICE - Optional Site Visit
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
    
    Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.
    
    There will be an optional Bidders’ site meeting on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM.  Interested bidders are to meet at the Research and Development Centre at 1st Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB. Regular Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) applies.
