Gas Sensors Calibration Repair - Department of National Defense

Work under the Regional Individual Standing Offer comprises the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply, deliver, maintain, clean and repair the Building Control Systems and sensors for the Department of National Defense (DND) at CFB 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta in accordance with the specifications detailed herein.
 
Services are to be provided on an as required basis.  It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the lowest compliant offeror.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years with two (2) subsequent option years from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Debriefings

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
