Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Edmonton will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday and Thursday 9 am to 11 am and Tuesday 9 am to 2 pm (local time). 

Public tender openings will be suspended until further notice. Following solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.

HVAC Contractor Services Standing Offer 

The purpose of the HVAC Contractor Standing Offer is to undertake general mechanical work including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Gas Fitting, as and when required, at the following CSC facilities:
- Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan;
- Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan;
- Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake, Saskatchewan;
- Oskana Community Correctional Centre, Regina, Saskatchewan.

The work will be as requested by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Correctional Services Canada (CSC) as per call-ups for HVAC Contractor Services. 

Services are to be provided on an "as requested basis". It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued the standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a period of three (3) years.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offer. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
