    Security and Demarcation Fence Repairs - Drumheller AB
    
    Work for this Contract comprises of the repair of components of
    the security and demarcation fences at the Drumheller
    Institution Including:
    
    Repair/replace concrete foundation (Concrete post anchoring)
    Repair/replace Mesh and ties
    Repair/replace Posts and rails
    Repair/replace Gates/gate components
    Repair/replace Concertina and Barb wire and support components
    Protect and Maintain Fence and Motion Detection systems during
    construction
    
    Contract Completion:  16 weeks from date of Contract Award
    
    Optional Site Visit:  
    There will be an optional site visit on January 28, 2015 at 9:00
    A.M. Interested bidders are to meet at Building A-01, Drumheller
    Institution, Drumheller, AB. 
    
    Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  Bidders
    who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
    alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
    submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid
    solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
    an amendment to the bid solicitation.  
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance,
    provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend no later
    than January 22, 2015.
    
    Drawing and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers
    should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and
    Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files
    organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
