Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Asphalt Repairs - CFB Suffield, Ralston, Alberta A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call ups for the laying of asphalt and asphalt repairs at various locations at CFB Suffield, Ralston, Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis. For details on the scope of work refer to the Request for Standing Offer document. It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three(3) years. The total expenditure over the three (3) year period is estimated at $ 400,000.00 (GST included). THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT: Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability Status Security Clearance.. Clearance paperwork shall be accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security Division (CISD) and the successful contractor. "IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention." Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006. 01 (2012-07-11), 1. a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder; THE TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY ONLY THROUGH MERX DISTRIBUTION. Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
