Requirement
Landscaping Services Standing Offer, Department of National
Defence, Cold Lake, AB.

Work under this standing offer includes the provision to supply
all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and
supervision necessary to carry out Landscaping Services as
requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call
ups at the 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, AB, in accordance with
Annex "A" - Statement of Work.  Services are to be provided on
an "as required"  basis.  It is anticipated that only 1 firm
will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be
issued for a term of two (2) years. 
The total expenditures over the term is estimated at $262,500.00
(GST/HST included).

THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Your company and your employees shall require a Reliability
Status Security Clearance. Clearance paperwork shall be
accomplished between PWGSC and Canadian Industrial Security
Division (CISD) and the successful contractor.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. 
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
