    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    Correctional Service Canada (CSC)  intends to retain an
    individual consulting firm or joint venture to provide the
    following professional services:
    
    The services of a Consulting firm, acting in the capacity of the
    coordinating Registered Professional of record, together with a
    multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants, are required to
    undertake the design and provide the contract administration
    services necessary for the redevelopment of a vacant piggery
    building into a viable records storage building at Correctional
    Service Canada, Riverbend Institution, Prince Albert, SK.
    
    As Prime Consultant the firm will provide a full consulting team
    including the required expertise in architechtual, civil,
    structural, mechanical and electrical engineering as required.
    
    The proponent shall be a firm, licensed to provide the necessary
    professional services to the full extent that may be required by
    law in the province of Saskatchewan.
    
    This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
    process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
    information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also
    submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure
    that information related to fees or costs are not included with
    the technical portion of the proposal.
