Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Edmonton Institution for
Women,  has a requirement for the provision of all materials,
equipment, labour and supervision to construct a four bedroom
addition to an existing multiple occupant housing unit.  The
addition is a single story structure, approximately 82m2 gross
area and extends off the back of the existing building.  The
foundation has been constructed and relocation of adjacent
underground services were completed, all under a prior
construction contract.

NOTICE - MANDATORY SITE VISIT 

There will be a Mandatory Site visit on July 23, 2013 at 09:30
a.m.. Interested bidders are to meet at the east gate of the
Institution on 174 Street and are required to bring government
issued photo ID in order to access the site.

The site visit for this project is Mandatory.  The
representatives of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.  Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.  Persons with Criminal Records may be denied access to
the site.
