Work under this Standing Offer comprises of the supplying ofHVAC services as requested by Correctional Services Canada in the form of call-ups for the construction, alterations, and urgent repair work, at the following institutions: The Grierson Centre, Edmonton Institution for Women (EIFW), and Edmonton Maximum Security Institution (EMSI) located in Edmonton Alberta. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis in the form of call-ups for various HVAC Services as outlined in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.  It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the lowest compliant offeror. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years with one (1) one year option period.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.


Debriefing 
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
